Category B countries are countries with weaker currencies and lower income. Please scroll down to the bottom of the page to see whether your country qualifies.

Dear Subud Members around the world, the registration fee and structure for the upcoming World Congress is now fixed.

We realize that for some countries that are suffering from the devaluation of their currency, the registration fee may seem high. However we have worked hard to achieve the lowest fee possible that does not compromise the finances of the Congress. Considering the normal inflation the current fee is in fact lower than for the Innsbruck congress, and is even more so for countries within the euro monetary system.

The registration fee is directly related to the costs of the Congress: the hiring of the halls and facilities, the programs and cultural events, audio visual and other equipment, the expenses of organizing and running the Congress, as well as supporting Ibu Rahayu’s attendance, some WSC expenses and partial support to delegates and members from developing countries. Anyone interested can ask for the congress budget and breakeven calculations from wsa@subud.org.

However, in order to keep the registration fee low, there are certain congress costs which are not covered by the budget, especially funding delegates from WSA countries that need financial support. We feel that it is vital for a successful congress that all WSA countries can participate in the Congress.

Please support this aim if you can, by making a donation when you register.

Together we shall make this World congress an exceptional experience for everyone

The Registration Fee is for the full congress from 4-18 January 2010
